Refund/Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In case, where a student expresses his intention of not attending the any program or institute, and withdrawing his registration, he/she will have to visit the branch/ centre in person and submit his/her application in writing stating the reason for seeking a refund. The date of submission of written application for refund at the branch/ centre will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
● Returns must be initiated within 3 days of submission of registration application.
Refund Method:
● Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
● Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

• A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
• Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
• Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.

Refund request can be initiated in two ways

• From my Account section, by clicking on “Initiate Refund” for the relevant course. This will work when item purchase-quantity is one.
• In case item purchase-quantity is more than one, please email your request at info@rlwsdi.in for refund/cancellation of Course with valid reason.
